    WWE Hall of Famer Booker T is suing video game publisher Activision for plagiarism, after a character bore a striking resemblance to the former World Champion.  Booker, who filed the lawsuit in his native Texas, is claiming that the character David 'Prophet' Wilkes, in the game Call of Duty: Black
